Terms and conditions apply to all offers of Palmhunters with address at Weidestraat 72 - 8800 Roeselare - Belgium.

Orders

All our advice and plant information are not binding. The only way to order is through our webstore. If an order is placed, you will receive an instant confirmation email. If this should not be the case, your order will not (properly) arrive. You can contact us then via e-mail or by phone. If one or more products/plants in our webshop are exhausted beyond our control or no longer available, a voucher with the value of the deficit will be sent to the buyer after payment of the total amount. This has no effect on the incurred postage costs. Small deviations of the plants or size, can not lead to compensation or rescission of the order. The buyer agrees that after his online order a sales force is established within a reasonable time and the amount will be paid via one of our electronic payment options.

Price

All our plant and product prices in the online 'plants bible' include 6% or 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Foreign taxable customers should serve themselves at home in line with the VAT, taxes or import duties.

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs within Belgium are 20.50 euro, regardless of the amount of plants you order. The height, weight and the method of packaging also don't matter here. We always provide a flawless delivery of your order!

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a part or a full order after you made your order and payment, you may do this within the statutory deadline. The cancellation is only valid with a letter addressed to us and an e-mail. The repayment will be done with a voucher valued with the total amount of your order. You can use this coupon for your next order.

Payments

You can make purchases with confidence in our online store! We accept Visa and PayPal as payment methods. Your credit card details are encrypted via the SSL method. Through this high safety standard, buying via credit card from Palmhunts is secure. For the payment of the order, there are several payment options as listed on our website. Only these payment options are applicable. If you are using a credit transfer to our European bank account, the order will always be sent once the payment is received. (Please note that the customer agrees to pay at the latest within 5 working days.)

After receiving the payment, your order will always be made ready for dispatch!

Delivery time

After full payment and depending on the payment method, the delivery time of your order varies between 3 and 14 days. If beyond our control the stock at our suppliers would be temporarily or completely exhausted, obviously you will be informed by email. Palmhunters can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, but will do its utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. As we are an online business, you can always enjoy beautiful, new, healthy delivered plants or products. If there would occur a regrettable incident by our fault, the customer will give notice of default in writing and certified mail, and also give a reasonable period of 14 calendar days to assign everything to a successful conclusion. Deliveries always take place at the address listed on the account made by the customer, unless a significant change or written agreement by both parties is agreed.

Exchanges, damage, voucher

If it becomes apparent that a plant or product is defect or shows manufacturing errors shortly after purchase, you can return/send back the goods to Palmhunters. The shipping costs are always for the purchaser. There can't be complaint if:

• the product or plant was not used or planted as it should be and/or was used in its normal condition.
• spray applications were used or improper planting methods were employed.
• damage caused by gross negligence or maintenance.
• failure to deliver estimated value of fruits, seeds or propagation.

Privacy

Your personal data will be incorporated into our own customer database. This information will never be disclosed to third parties.

To conclude

Both Palmhunters and the client have every interest, if a dispute arises, to first try to produce an agreement. In case of dispute, only the courts of the district of Kortrijk-Roeselare (under Belgian law) are empowered.
